Putin, Kim meet in Beijing; Kremlin says Russia not plotting against US
Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un held talks in Beijing . Both praised deepening military partnership between Moscow and Pyongyang . Putin and Kim travelled to talks together in the same car after a formal reception .
