Uttarakhand High Court calls for review of transfer of Nanda Devi Biosphere Reserve’s director . Pankaj Kumar alleged that he was moved from his post following a “malicious campaign” by workers in the office . The court said that a senior officer cannot be moved at the expense of group B and C officers .
