Burkina Faso bans homosexuality as a crime punishable with prison, fines
Those found guilty of homosexuality could face a two- to five-year prison sentence . Justice Minister Edasso Rodrigue Bayala announced the law on national broadcaster RTB . New law is expected to go into effect immediately .
